All of our Products are available Raw without any protective coating. Allowing you to coat it with dip coat, powder coat or other coating.
Zinc
Zinc is a corrosion resistant surface, that acts a sacrificial surface. Having a bight metal sheen with a blue hue it is ideal for household products.
Blue / Yellow Passivation
Yellow Passivate is an inert oxide layer added after a zinc coat. This provides additional corrosion, hardness and a shiner yellow aesthetic. Making it ideal for outdoor use.
Nickel
Nickel is a very hard metal that not only boasts corrosion resistant but also scratch resistant. Making nickel ideal for clothing or jewellery.
Black Passivation
Although black passivate not as protective as yellow. It still offers some corrosion resistance but with a clean black oxide layer. Making it ideal for visible parts.
Brass
Brass doesn’t protect against corrosion. Brass offers an unparalleled shine and beauty. Making it ideal for fashion or clothing.
Antique Brass
Antique Brass doesn’t really protect against corrosion. The antique patina does improve appearance. Making it ideal for fashion or clothing.
